She is well-versed in medication management, and am experienced in CBT, DBT, and schema-focused therapy. During sessions, she will offer you a safe space for self-exploration. It is her goal to help better understand yourself through identification of thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns. She believes that all people have the capacity for self-insight, and that the answers to life’s problems are within. Together we will determine what type of therapy you need and what medications you take, if necessary. Appointment timing is determined by need: some patients are seen as often as weekly. For those seeking more intensive therapy, such as trauma work, a private therapist is recommended.
